Mladen Kresic / K&R Negotiations
Mladen Kresic is an author, lawyer and professional negotiator who has advised firms such as IBM, Xerox, goClick and Priceline on business negotiation strategies and tactics. He’s also the author of the book ‘Negotiate Wisely in Business and Technology,’ and has guest lectured at the MIT Enterprise Forum and the Yale School of Management. Currently he’s principal of the firm K&R Negotiations, in Ridgefield CT.
Mladen Kresic serves as President and CEO of K&R Negotiation Associates. The company serves clients such as EMC, IBM, Kodak and Xerox. K&R uses a proprietary value-based negotiation methodology to serve its clients. Its consulting and training programs have received notable attention from executives at IBM, Spencer Trask, and Bristol Technology.
In 2004, Kresic – with Harvey Rosen – wrote ‘Negotiate Wisely in Business and Technology,’ a practical treatise on business negotiations. Mladen Kresic is a frequent speaker and writer on topics related to business negotiations.
