Ms. Hasan represents a wide variety of emerging growth technology companies in the consumer, Internet, software, telecommunications, entertainment technology and clean technology industries with corporate formation, governance, and capital financing transaction matters. In addition to her private company work, Ms. Hasan has handled several high profile M&A transactions. She has also worked with top-tier venture capital firms in their financings and fund formations.
Ms. Hasan served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Badar Durrez Ahmed for the Delhi High Court in India.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Ms. Hasan was a corporate and securities associate with Gunderson Dettmer in the Silicon Valley office.
Prior to law school, Ms. Hasan was a journalist for the San Jose Mercury News.
