Millie Tadewaldt is a Managing Director at Sandbox Industries where she leads the firm’s incubation program.
Before joining Sandbox, Millie was a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where she worked with Fortune 500 companies and non-profits in a variety of industries including financial institutions, consumer packaged goods, and technology to develop new products, set pricing strategies, reduce costs, and execute post-merger integrations.
Previously, Millie founded New Media Methods, a web development studio in Davis, California, where she acted as creative and technical lead. She has also worked for Bain & Company, the WilmerHale Legal Services Center, and Crocker/Flanagan (now Astone Agency). Millie holds a B.S. in Design and a B.A. in Communication from UC Davis and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
