With the founding of Rivet Software, Mike adds yet another chapter to a career of helping organizations develop and deploy elegant, powerful and usable financial and business reporting solutions.
He was the founder and original developer of FRx Software, which has become the financial reporting mainstay for most mid-sized corporations in the US. FRx was purchased by the Microsoft Business Solutions Division in 2000 and continues as a successful company.
Mike went from his career beginnings as a CPA to become a manager for the Price Waterhouse & Co. consulting group in San Francisco where he assisted corporations with understanding and implementing automated financial and accounting systems.
