In his early career, Mike Reid managed various operational business units within British Gas before spending twelve years at 3i as a venture and growth equity investor. At 3i, he worked at board level with many successful companies, amongst them Magic4 (sold to Openwave), Marlborough Stirling (LSE IPO), Adaytum Software (acquired by Cognos), Instone International, Connectivity, SBL Vaccine (acquired by Crucell) and Q-Matic (acquired by Altor).
