Mike Maser is the Chief Strategy Officer at Digg, where he provides strategic direction and oversees the company’s marketing, communications, community management, corporate and business development efforts. Prior to Digg, he worked as Director of Marketing at EA Los Angeles (EALA), where he led the publishing efforts for EA’s interactive entertainment studio in Los Angeles. He was also responsible for overseeing and optimizing the EALA portfolio launch strategy, which included advertising; retail initiatives; product websites; community relations; and consumer research.
Mike began his career at Intel Corporation, where he managed multiple multi-million dollar online campaigns. He went on to manage award-winning online advertising campaigns for the Pentium® II and Pentium® III processors as well as other consumer products.
Mike was Vice President of Marketing for SimpleDevices where he led all consumer, channel and OEM marketing programs, including the nationwide rollout of its SimpleFi wireless MP3 player. He was also Director of Marketing at NextOffice where he developed marketing strategies for the company’s B2B e-commerce procurement service.
Maser holds a bachelors degree from UC Berkeley and received his MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and also holds a Series 6 Securities license.
