Mike works to ensure that cool, life-changing technologies are available and easily usable by as many people as possible instead of gathering dust in a lab somewhere. Today, this means he focuses on advocating mobile technology and the web-based systems that support it.
Mike is currently: Co-Founder of Counterless, an innovate way to order food and beverage items using your smartphone; Product Development Manager at Tracky, a comprehensive social collaboration system; and lending an iOS dev “hand” to other startups in the Las Vegas area and participating in mobile-related groups.
In the past Mike has worked professionally with Internet and Web technologies since before he graduated from college in 1996. Shortly after he helped two web-based companies live through the “portal” hype, allowing them to survive the .com crash in 2000. During this time he lead multiple projects including a distributed integration system for government clients including US Army INSCOM and the Federal Aviation Agency, and Skoot, an enterprise and consumer solution for cloud document management.
Mike is active in the #VegasTech movement to make Las Vegas the next tech ground zero for this decade.
