He is also the co-founder of the $999.99 iPhone app, BarMax, and advises them. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development of Stitcher, and the Director of Business Development at TrialPay.

He was most recently a Vice President at Summit Partners, a venture capital and private equity fund. Previously, Mike worked at the Boston Consulting Group and MSC Software, and also co-founded a startup while in college.

Mike received his MBA from Harvard Business School and JD from Harvard Law School. He also received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
