Mike Dinsdale serves as Lithium’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing Finance, HR, Accounting and Corporate Development as well as setting Lithium’s financial strategy.
Prior to Lithium, Mike served as CFO for Velocity11, a life sciences technology company acquired by Agilent Technologies in 2007. Joining as employee #12 in 2001, Mike was instrumental in setting Velocity11’s business strategy and aggressively driving the company’s revenue growth from $1m to $50M, with operations in North America and Europe and distribution in Asia. In his role as CFO, Mike led numerous functional areas within Velocity11, including Accounting, Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and Information Technology. Velocity11 was acquired by Agilent Technologies in 2007.
Mike holds a B.E.Sc in mechanical engineering from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from McMaster University. Mike also holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
