Mr. Cullinane oversees SilkRoad’s financial operations including treasury, finance, accounting and legal affairs. Mr. Cullinane previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Lakeview Technology, Inc. Mr. Cullinane served as Chief Financial Officer of Divine, Inc. from July 1999 to May 2003. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Platinum Technology, Inc. from 1988 to June 1999.
