As Senior Vice President of Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), Mike Barber is responsible for all accounting functions, including oversight of accounting departments, periodic reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission and accounting policies. Barber, a certified public accountant, joined PRIMEDIA from HomeBanc Corp. where he was the CAO. Prior to HomeBanc, he was the Manager of Accounting Policy and Reporting for Union Planters Corporation and before that a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Industry Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
