Michele Marzola has over 25 years of experience as head of industrial activities in all major Western economies and major emerging markets. He is very well versed in the areas of energy, machinery, raw materials, process industries, services and Information Technology.
Before joining the InnoCrowding as an Executive Director and the post of CEO of PerInnovare SpA, he was Vice President of IBM Global Services (Milan and Paris). As General Manager in some of the fastest growing divisions of IBM, including the activity of Automated Meter Management created through the negotiation of an international alliance with Enel. Under this assignment, he managed relationships at the top of the major energy companies in the world with the Ministers of Energy and Finance and with regulatory authorities to design the patterns of investment are most appropriate.
As Principal of Booz, Allen & Hamilton has driven mergers, acquisitions and Strategy Consulting at the offices in Milan and London. Has created a new business area, the AMS Out-tasking unit to allow customers to obtain the benefits of an outsourcing contract without having to transfer people.
He was a driving force with European IBM Consulting Group, a unit of consulting with the highest growth rate among the largest consulting firms.
Michele Marzola holds a Master in Business Administration at the Columbia Graduate School of Business of New York and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Bologna. He has recieved the honors of Dean’s List and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
Michele Marzola is also a major investor with Italian Angels for Growth, the premiere Angel Investment/ Venture Capital Funding Firm in Italy
He speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
