Prior to founding Cathedral Partners, Michael was responsible for leading the business development efforts of LLR Partners, a $1.4 Billion private equity firm based in Philadelphia. Prior to LLR, Michael served as Vice President of Penn Capital Management, a $5 Billion asset management firm. Michael is a frequent speaker on the private market, technology and entrepreneurship. He has been featured in newspapers and magazines including Inc. magazine and Consulting magazine. Michael received a BS in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
