Michael is a entrepreneur, and active angel investor.
Has a fund, Endeavor Partners, through which he invests in early stage ventures doing social apps, consumer products and services, SaaS, solutions, search, and advertising. Michael serves on the boards of Cloudmark, an anti-spam provider and Fundly, a SaaS solution for social fundraising.
Michael was founder of AdForce, a publicly-traded Internet ad serving company acquired by CMGi in 2000. Michael also founded XDegrees a distributed storage solution (acquired by Microsoft in 2002) and Wink, a people search engine (acquired by Reunion.com in 2008). Michael ran products at Verity, a leader in enterprise search (IPO 1995) and was an EIR at Redpoint Ventures.
Michael holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Alberta.
