As COO of Momentum Dynamics Corporation, Mike is responsible for the daily operation of the company ensuring that business operations are effective and efficient and aligned with our core strategic plan. His focus is to marshal the functional resources as set out by the CEO to the most productive uses with the aim of creating maximum value for our stakeholders.
Before joining Momentum Dynamics, Mike served as Director of Technology, CIO and a principal owner of a 360-person architecture and engineering firm. Mike led the way aligning the firm’s business strategy with its technology vision by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. He was responsible for strategic planning, project management, tactical execution and budgeting while managing a 20-person team across four office locations.
Mike also served as Founder and President of AEI Digital (now EwingCole DMG) where he developed strategies and solutions to virtually and visually communicate complex projects and concepts using advanced CGI Computer Modeling and Visualization, Digital Multimedia and Internet Content/Collaboration Technologies. Mike’s expertise has been profiled by major media including The New York Times, Architecture Magazine, The History Channel, as well as many local business trade and TV affiliates.
He holds a BBA from Temple University and has been a frequent lecturer at technology conferences including the ZweigWhite Technology Strategies Summit, the AIA CIO Large Firm Roundtable and the Society of Military Engineers to name a few. He also serves as a member of the Academic Board of Advisors at the Philadelphia Community College.
