Michael Peace is an Angel Investor, Founder of 9vision Ventures, Entrepreneur, and Founder/Owner of JMP Consulting, LLC and is located in Little Rock, Arkansas.
As an Accredited Angel Investor, Michael primarily focuses on early stage tech and web related startups seeking seed or 1st round capital funding. Michael also participates in group funds who focus on tech & bio-tech businesses & entrepreneurs, including being an Investor and Member of the Fund For Arkansas’ Future (a 59-member group angel fund), where he also serves on the Investment Committee Board along with 6 other Members. This board drives the investment decisions of the fund and they review startups & entrepreneurs that submit business proposals, funding requests, or pitch their startups on a monthly basis. Michael is also an Investor, Member, and Startup Advisor/Mentor with New Media Ventures (a national network of early stage investors who are investing their time and money into new, cutting edge, startups focused on building progressive change).
Michael’s current angel investments include INFUSION Marketing Group, MerchantView, Ceton Corporation, Balm Innovations, NanoMech, Vegrandis, BioDetection Instruments, SFC Fluids, Patriot Biofuels, Inc., Collision Hub, RxResults, Big App Deals (also serves as Advisor), Boxcar, and Chart.io.
After working at Entergy Corporation and then as a Sr Consultant with Axon Solutions (now HCL-Axon), Michael founded his own independent consulting practice, JMP Consulting LLC in May of 2008. He primarily focuses on Business Transformation Projects with clients across North America that use or are implementing SAP software (specifically SAP for Utilities or IS-U) as their customer service & billing solution and also works with other consulting firms that specialize in the same.
