Michael Huseby was appointed to the board of directors of Charter on May 1, 2013. Since August 3, 2015, Huseby has been serving as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Barnes & Noble Education, Inc.
Previously, Huseby served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Barnes & Noble, Inc. (B&N) beginning in January 2014.
Huseby previously served as President of B&N and CEO of B&N’s NOOK Media subsidiary beginning in July 2013. From 2004 to 2011, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cablevision Systems Corporation.
Prior to joining Cablevision, Huseby served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Charter. From 1999 to 2002, Huseby served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, of AT&T Broadband.
In addition, Huseby spent 20 years at Arthur Andersen as a Global Equity Partner. Huseby holds a degree in business administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
