Most recently prior to Medserve, Mr. Mamaux served as the Chief Financial Officer of Red Oak Capital Management, LLC, a private equity firm targeting oil and gas investment opportunities. Prior to Red Oak, Mr. Mamaux has participated in an executive management position in a number of start-up companies and industry consolidations. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Mamaux served as the Vice President and Controller for American Residential Services, Inc. a $500.0 million NYSE consolidation of the residential and commercial heating and air conditioning industry. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Mamaux served as assistant Corporate Controller of U.S. Delivery Systems, Inc. an NYSE consolidation of the “same day†courier industry. Mr. Mamaux was with Arthur Andersen, LLP from 1989 to 1994.
