Most recently prior to the MedShred and Enserv merger, Mr. Fields served as Chairman of the Board of Managers, CEO and President of Enserv. Prior to founding Enserv in 2003, Mr. Fields was the founder of InteCon, an integration and consolidation consulting firm, where he was actively involved as a consultant in management, integration and consolidation for numerous companies from $10 million to $400 million in annual revenues. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Fields was Senior VP – Operations for Coach USA, a $1 billion revenue NYSE consolidation of the charter transportation industry. The previous 11 years, Mr. Fields served in several executive management positions with Browning Ferris Industries (BFI), a $6 billion revenue NYSE environmental services company. At BFI, Mr. Fields served as President of BFI Medical, a wholly-owned subsidiary that was later sold to Stericycle; President of BFI Services Group, President of BFI Transportation and President of BFI Pharmaceuticals.
