Mike is heading the US entity of Wappwolf and is responsible for business development and fundraising.
Since 2011 Mike is working for the Software Start-up Wappwolf, a SaaS platform for file automation on a Web 2.0 basis. His main activities are setting up the US office, establishing contacts to potential business partners, building up marketing activities in the US and paving the way for a successful financing round.
Mike joined Gamma Capital Partners in 2007 and has 4 years experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital. In his role as Associate Mike was evaluating and structuring Venture Capital transactions. He was also engaged in controlling, legal affairs, other strategic projects and in mezzanine financing.
Prior to Gamma Capital Partners, Mike spent three years operating for OeKB, Austria’s main provider of financial and information services to the export industry and the capital market.
