Prof. Michael L. Shelanski is the Delafield Professor and Chairman, Department of Pathology and Cell Biology at Columbia University. He received his PhD and MD from University of Chicago and was a resident at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is also the Co-Director of theTaub Institute for Alzheimer’s Disease Research and the Director of Medical Scientist Training Program at Columbia University.
