Michael Klein is a venture capitalist at Canaan Partners in their Menlo Park office where he focused on technology investments.
Prior to Canaan, Michael was a technology investment banker at ThinkEquity. While at ThinkEquity, Michael advised on and executed over 20 strategic and financing transactions for leaders in the technology sector including OpenTable, SuccessFactors, Xoom, On2 Technologies, SigmaTel and DG FastChannel.
Michael received a BS in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he specialized in finance and accounting. Michael also studied at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
