Michael Machado has spent eighteen years in information technology, the last seven of which as a key member of the Cisco-WebEx info sec business where he currently leads the Security Engineering and Operations team for Cisco’s Collaboration Software Group. There he has developed and shaped one of the largest SaaS security programs. Michael has been an integral part at all phases of the program’s lifecycle. Machado and his team address the ever changing face of security threats and challenges by delivering operations excellence for products and in the cloud.
Some of Michael’s proven strength lie in business analysis and bridging business objectives into actionable information security frameworks and cloud product offerings where he has applied this in environments ranging from start- up to a large ($40B) global company.
