Michael Huber joined Quadrangle Group LLC in 2000 and is a Managing Principal focused on the firm’s $2.9 billion media and communications private equity business. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Mr. Huber was a Vice President in the Media and Communications Group of Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, where he worked on a number of advisory assignments for clients in the cable, internet, broadcasting and marketing services sectors. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Huber worked as a Senior Associate in the Media and Communications Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, as a consultant in the Madrid office of National Economic Research Associates in their European telecommunications practice and as an economic analyst for BellSouth. He received a B.A., magna cum laude, in mathematics from Macalester College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. Mr. Huber was also awarded a Rotary Foundation scholarship to study economics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
