Mike is the founder of TheCapRate.com, a free online service that provides estimated values for commercial real estate.
Mike acts as the company president and chief architect for TheCapRate.com’s analysis matrix and formula development. In addition to forming TCR, he works as VP of Foundos Realty, a full service commercial real estate firm where he oversees brokerage, analysis, management, and investment activities for all types of commercial properties. His previous work at a top digital media company provided the opportunity to gain experience in the fields of optimization and market study. Mike received an Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS form the University of Maryland in International Business and Logistics. And, he has a beautiful wife and three great daughters. Lucky guy.
