Michael has more than 25 years national and international experience in the energy industry most recently as Senior Vice President Corporate and Government Finance for Nesbitt Burns. Prior to that he was a senior partner with Bennett Jones one of Canada’s leading energy law firms. He has represented some of Canada’s largest energy companies has been an advisor to both federal and provincial governments Carten is the largest shareholder in the company. He has shepherded the Company from the first conceptual stages through technology and product development and the commercialization process as well as arranging financing and developing key strategic alliances.
