Melanie Kurzuk is responsible for marketing, sales, product development, and client training at BoardSuite and plays a key role in partner relationships.
Melanie is a strategic leader who brings 20 years of demonstrated success in progressively senior roles within the media and information services industry. She is an experienced member of executive committees, strategic planning teams and board of directors. Most recently, Melanie was Senior Vice President of News and Information Technology at CNW Group (formerly Canada NewsWire) where she was responsible for leading a multi-phase business transformation program. She brings a wealth of knowledge within the governance, disclosure and investor relations space.
Melanie is an active member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), Canadian Women in Communications (CWC) and the Radio-Television News Directors Association of Canada (RTNDA).
