Mel Sampat is a Program Manager at Microsoft, where he works on the Windows Mobile team. Sampat is currently working on Windows Mobile “7” shell features. Prior to this, he was responsible for application compatibility.
He created ScreenLib, a free C++ library to help developers build resolution and orientation-independent mobile applications. Sampat acts as a passionate and nerdy developer in a YouTube video that parodies the iPhone with a fictitious Microsoft product called oPhone.
