Maya Baratz runs new product strategy & development at ABC News.
Prior to her current role at ABC, she led the product release of WSJ Social, The Wall Street Journal’s standalone publication on Facebook. Maya has spent some time on both the product and editorial sides of new media – previously working at companies including The Wall Street Journal, MTV Networks, Flickr, Monster.com, and Terra Lycos. Picking up The Knight Foundation’s Silver Knight Award in 1996 and a Webby Award in 2006, she’s been also published and quoted by publications including The Wall Street Journal, VentureBeat, SF Weekly, The Huffington Post, Neiman Journalism Lab, Forbes and the BBC, among others.
