Matthew Evans / Solid State Group
Matthew is a director of Solid State Group, a content management, digital asset management and technical agency and Pipelineworks.com, an online time capture and invoicing application.
Matthew’s career started with 3 years in PA Consulting group in London as a technical consultant working for clients such as BBC, Natwest and the LCH.
Matthew then moved to Internet incubator Esouk as a Technical Architect where he built the platforms for six commercial businesses, some of which survived the .com downturn and are still alive today.
Matthew then moved to the Digitas Europe, as Associate Director of Technology. He created digital strategies for Kingfisher (Woolworths, B&Q, Superdrug), American Express, Ericsson and other blue chip companies.
In 2002 Matthew founded Solid State Group with Ben Rometsch and work mainly in the business development and consultancy area.
Matthew has more than 13 years experience in the field of interactive technologies, and has worked in senior or management roles for 10 of those years. He has an inside knowledge of the technical set-up of technology dependant start-ups and is expert in most major interactive technologies.
