Chunnel.TV was founded in 2008 by Jacob Septimus, CEO, and Matthew Berman, CMO. The company received funding through a partnership with WPP’s United Network. Berman is a recent graduate of the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University with a dual degree in both marketing and management.
