Matt Wallaert is behavioral scientist and product person. He was the Lead Scientist at Thrive, which created an average of $6,000 of asset building per user before its acquisition by LendingTree in 2009. At LendingTree, Matt was responsible for product innovation, before leaving with Thrive founder Avi Karnani to co-found Churnless, a product development agency focussed on behavioral change. A social psychologist by training, Matt still publishes actively in the field of Judgement and Decision Making and is notable for advising the government, businesses, and non-profits on how they can use technology to change human behavior.
