Matt is responsible for product design, user interface development and management of business operations. Prior to Rollbase, he was CTO of the SMB business unit at Taleo (Nasdaq: TLEO) where he managed design and development of Taleo Business Edition (formerly Recruitforce.com), now in use by over 3,000 organizations globally from Facebook to The World Economic Forum. Matt joined Taleo through the acquisition of Recruitforce.com where he was founder and CEO. Before Recruitforce.com, Matt was an engineer and manager at Netfish Technologies (acquired by Iona). Matt is co-author of Manning’s bestselling Java books “Swing” and “Swing, 2nd edition” with Pavel Vorobiev. He has a BS in Mathematics from Bates College.
