Matt Robinson is co-founder and CEO of Rollbase Inc. He is responsible for product design, user interface development and management of business operations. Prior to Rollbase, he was CTO of the SMB business unit at Taleo (Nasdaq: TLEO) where he managed design and development of Taleo Business Edition (formerly Recruitforce.com), now in use by over 5,000 organizations globally. Matt joined Taleo through the acquisition of Recruitforce.com where he was founder and CEO. Recruitforce.com was bootstrapped to 100 customers over a three year period. Before Recruitforce.com, Matt was an engineer and manager at Netfish Technologies (acquired by Iona). Matt is co-author of Manning’s bestselling Java books “Swing” and “Swing, 2nd edition” with Pavel Vorobiev. He has a BS in Mathematics from Bates College.
