Mary Ann Herne began her longstanding career in the credit union industry serving members of Sterlent Credit Union. She spent 17 years handling all aspects of customer care from training and installation to managing customer relations. Mary Ann next worked with a start-up company in the areas of custom home lending and predictive software and has additional experience providing customer relationship services to the Western States. With her sales expertise and comprehensive customer care background, Mary Ann plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining CUBUS Solutions’ strong relationships in the credit union industry and high standard of customer service.
