Martin has a 15+ years of experience in software development industry, from web design in mid 90s to business critical self-service portals and (credit card) payments systems (Skype, Banking, Stock Exchanges) with annual turnover 200M+ USD.

Martin has founded 5 startup companies, including the first internet portal of Estonia, web & software consultancy, a compliance software company, startup putting Skype video calls into living-room TVs and recently an e-Commerce portal for Russian speaking markets.

Currently Martin is COO of Modera, content management company building industry specific products for various verticals like automotive, media and entertainment.
