Martin Tantow has been an entrepreneur, executive and investor for over 15 years. He is the Founder and Managing Director at Scaler, a rapid growth incubation and advisory firm, transitioning startups to sustainable, high-growth companies through its extensive corporate mentor network, focusing on market acceleration, execution optimization, strategic alliances and international expansion.
Martin founded CloudTimes, which quickly became a leading media property on cloud computing. He also co-founded 3scale, an API management solution and Avalas, a mobile Internet portal. Martin is a mentor with TechStars, Astia and Startupbootcamp.
Previously, Martin has been with Booz & Company and Oliver Wyman, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on strategic organizational change, growth assessment, M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships and market entry strategies. Prior to that, he held executive roles with T-Mobile International.
Martin holds an MBA with honors from Munich School of Management (LMU), Germany. He received Executive Education from London Business School (LBS) and speaks English, German, Spanish and French fluently.
