An enterprise software services veteran, Markus Remark brings over 20 years of experience to TOA Technologies, where he is responsible for overseeing the Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Customer Care teams.
With a passion for customer service, Mr. Remark has proven expertise in growing customer operations practices, developing new offerings, and improving customer satisfaction. Prior to joining TOA Technologies, he served as Senior Vice President - Worldwide Services for Motive, a leading customer experience management software provider. He has a track record for making customers successful in highly competitive international markets for a number of companies including Crossworlds, PeopleSoft and Oracle. Mr. Remark received a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken, Germany.
