Mark S. Hacker, 41, is senior vice president & general counsel of Motorola Solutions. He leads the company’s legal and government affairs team.
Hacker joined Motorola in 2001 as a commercial counsel and previously was corporate vice president of commercial law for Motorola’s Sales & Product Operations. Prior to that, he was vice president of legal operations and also oversaw the company’s international legal teams. He has held a variety of other law leadership roles across Motorola’s business units. Prior to Motorola, Hacker was a corporate finance associate with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney and an accountant with Arthur Andersen, both in Philadelphia.
