Mark Peek oversees VMware’s finance, IT and facilities teams. Mark has more than 25 years of industry experience. He previously held the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Amazon.com. As Chief Accounting Officer, he oversaw the company’s controllership, accounting, financial reporting and financial operations. Prior to joining Amazon.com in 2000, Mark was an audit partner at Deloitte, where he focused on technology companies and multi-national project and engagement management. Mark received a BS in accounting and international finance from Minnesota State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
