Mark Macleod

Mark Macleod has been leading finance for venture-backed startups for over 10 years. Currently Mark is CFO Akoha and Tungle. Prior to these companies, Mark was CFO at VoIP player Mobivox, VP Finance for networked storage vendor Terrascale Technologies Inc., acquired by Rackable Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: RACK), CFO at IP-networking vendor Hexago Inc., and led finance and corporate development for electronic-signature-software vendor Silanis Technology Inc AIM: SNS).

Mark has raised VC$ from funds in the US, Canada, China and Taiwan.

He is an active member of the local tech community and advises several startups in the web and mobile web sectors including Book Oven, Deqq, Keen Kong, Status.net and others.

Mark helps startups prepare for and raise capital and exits.
