As CFO at M:Metrics, Klebanoff oversees the financial, legal and human resources operations at M:Metrics.
Prior to his role as CFO at M:Metrics, Klebanoff was CFO of AccessLine Communciations, where he recently orchestrated the companyâ€™s successful sale to Telanetix, Inc. Klebanoff came to AccessLine through his previous role as managing director at Alexander Hutton Venture Partners (AHVP), where he oversaw a number of investments in the Seattle market.
Klebanoff spent three years with RealNetworks, as the company’s first CFO and then as vice president of business development. He was instrumental in the company’s early capital raising efforts culminating in its 1997 IPO. Klebanoff also managed the extremely rapid growth of RealNetworks’ operations, including human resources, facilities, information systems, customer service and technical support.
Previously, Klebanoff was vice president of Industrial Systems, a client-server industrial process application developer. Klebanoff oversaw all aspects of finance and operations and shepherded the company through a successful sale to Aspen Technology in 1995. Klebanoff has a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
