Prior to that, CEO of Organic, Inc. – leading Interactive Agency with offices throughout North America (New York, Detroit, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Toronto) (2001-2008)

Short stint as Entrepreneur in Residence at Idealab! an internet incubator (2000)

Stared career at Coopers & Lybrand, became a Partner focused on strategy, emerging media, ebusiness, retail and consumer goods. Ran the Retail Industry practice for the Americas. Led the pre-merger planning and post-merger integration for the consulting division when PW and C&L merged to form PricewaterhouseCoopers (1988-2000)
