Mark joined TD Capital Ventures in 2006 and Fairhaven Capital at its inception in 2007. He has invested in and serves on the board of Trust Digital. Prior to joining the Fairhaven team, he was a Managing Director for Motorola Ventures where he lead their west coast operations. He was an investor and board representative of Amberpoint, BDNA, Danger (acquired by Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT)), Foundstone (acquired by McAfee NYSE: MFE)), Lumidigm, Mesh Networks (acquired by Motorola NYSE: MOT)) and Skybitz. Before Motorola Ventures, Mark spent three years in Chicago, where he headed up Motorola’s Strategy & Business Development for the CIO and the IT organization. He has also held various Corporate Business Development and IT roles at Bell Canada Enterprises and the Bank of Montreal. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree from McMaster University and an MBA from York University.
