Harrington’s experience spans industries from publishing to payments and education to ecommerce as well as companies from Inc 500s to Fortune 500s. He’s played instrumental roles in landmark acquisitions worth over a half billion dollars.

Currently, Harrington is CMO of AKUDA LABS and ListenLogic, overseeing strategic marketing. AKUDA LABS is revolutionizing real-time, streaming big data filtering, classification and analytics. Its proprietary Pulsar hypercomputing platform is the fastest, most efficient real-time streaming classification engine available, processing 500 million streaming classification operations per second (SCOPS) on a path to 1+ billion SCOPS.

ListenLogic, the leading big streaming data business intelligence provider delivering companies real-time monitoring of risks and opportunities and deep inspection of markets and products out of social media chaos, serves as an ongoing proof of concept for Pulsar’s incredible hypercomputing technology.

As Head of Strategic Client Delivery he sat on Citi Prepaid’s Management Team, overseeing Marketing, Creative, Implementation and Client Services for 1,200+ clients like BMW, Verizon, Whirlpool, Google, FedEx, Disney and Sony, leading a team of 35+. Previously, as SVP of Marketing for Ecount he served as GM for its acquisition by Citi for $200+MM in 2007. He also spearheaded marketing for the division’s global expansion into Europe, Asia and the Middle East, advised Citi’s Developing Talent Program, served as an executive sponsor for Citi Prepaid’s Women’s Council and sat on Citi’s Global Marketing Council and Social Media Committee.

A Co-Founder of Half.com in 1999, he built and ran Retention Marketing, Merchandising and Direct Marketing and was the youngest member of the Management Team. Acquired by eBay for $350+MM in 2000, Half became profitable largely due to his vision that evolved the textbook market. Harrington also helped devise “one of the greatest publicity coups in history” (Time Magazine) - Half.com, Oregon.

Harrington is also Co-Founder of FightOnState.com, which partnered with Fox Sports in 2004 and is now the No. 1 Penn State sports fan destination online. FightOnState.com has won six Scout Awards including Best Overall Magazine, Best Special Issue and Top Online Subscription Growth Site.
