Mark joined Callvine as Chief Operating Officer in 2010. Prior to Callvine, he launched Vello – The Conference That Calls You ™ – in 2007, taking the start-up from its early ideas to a fully operating conference call company.
Prior to Vello, Mark founded Sigpro, a VOIP products and services company, which was successfully sold to GuestTek, the world’s leading provider of hospitality broadband services in 2005. At Sigpro, Mark bootstrapped the company with customer revenue from a classic Silicon Valley garage to a company with design and manufacturing operations in Asia filling a worldwide product distribution pipeline for its award-winning products.
Mark received a BSEE summa cum laude from Tufts University, an MS in Aeronautics from MIT and spent several years teaching at Stanford University’s Information Systems.
