Mark Pydynowski
Mark joined Honest Policy in 2011 after having founded and grown SOMARK Innovations for almost 6 years. Most recently, Mark was the President and CEO SOMARK, a life sciences technology company in San Diego, CA. Along with his co-founder, Ramos Mays, Mark led the company through its financings (angel, corporate, and venture) and early revenues. Prior to SOMARK, Mark worked for Gallup Consulting in New York.
Mark received a BS in Managerial Economics and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He played varsity baseball for the Bears and received the All-Academic UAA Conference award.
Mark served on the Boards of the United Way of Greater St. Louis and San Diego County. During his tenure in San Diego, he taught financial literacy workshops at the San Diego Housing Commission.
Mark received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Federal Small Business Administration, the St. Louis Business Journal’s 30 Under 30 Award, and the 1st place $50,000 Olin Cup award.
Mark sits on the Advisory Board of GROWconnections and Gorilla76. He is an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Forward Innovations.
