Maria is Vice President of the Branded Entertainment Group. Maria joined the EQAL team in May of 2011 as a Director of Branded Content and Communities. Prior to EQAL, Maria was a Regional Director and Producer at a social media/video production hybrid, where she helped to build the company from the ground up and produced over 500 mini-documentaries internationally. Maria has also produced a wide array of branded video content for clients that include Interscope Records, Reebok, Nike Europe, the Museum of Contemporary Art LA, VEVO, Hornitos and Malibu Rum. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the California College of the Arts and a BA in Photography from San Jose State. When not at work, Maria is usually cooking, painting, designing, practicing yoga or dancing.
