Marcus Benoit is the head Recruitment Manager at 6Wunderkinder. He helps the team grow and is always scouting for new, interesting and highly skilled people. Marcus has a good understanding of the technicalities behind software development and is meticulous in his decisions. His main aim is to create an inspiring workplace with a great development team.
Prior to joining 6Wunderkinder, Marcus studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Wildau and Lancaster University to receive formal education in Human Resources. His education allowed him to network with Internationals and to be exposed to different cultures. He is responsible for contacting all applicants (via email and phone) and always tries to find the best of the best no matter where are they are from.
