He started coding at the age of 13, since then he has joined several open source projects, contributing to the Java documentation and deepening his passion in microprocessor and circuits development. After gaining experience as a consultant, he developed his first commercial products. Qidio was a CRM software targeted for small and medium enterprises; while Sesta106 was a financial platform for the creation and management of statistics reports in line with the national regulations for financial intermediaries.
He’s been co-founder at MemboxX, an online service for storing documents and small piece of personal data (like telephone numbers and credit card numbers).
Then he co-funded Mashape, the first API marketplace where developers can distribute and consume any kind of cloud components. The company got an angel round from early Youtube employees in 2010, and a 1.5M seed round from top Silicon Valley investors. Mashape has been launched on November 2010, and it’s currently in Beta version.
