Marcelo Calbucci

Marcelo Calbucci is the founder & CTO of Sampa Corporation (www.sampa.com) – Sampa is a way for people to create their own personal private place on the web. Prior to founding Sampa in 2005 Marcelo was a Development Manager at Microsoft’s MSN Search division working at the time on one of the most trafficked sites on the Internet. He worked for 7 years at Microsoft and prior to it, Marcelo worked at NEC for 4 years.

Marcelo is also the founder and publisher of Seattle 2.0 (www.seattle20.com) one of the most popular blogs of the Pacific Northwest about entrepreneurship, startups and technology.

In addition to the Seattle 2.0 blog, Marcelo also writes his own personal blog about Sampa and the challenges of building a Startup.
